I came across some information that in 1978 Mavericks were offered in a Station Wagon in Brazil. I searched this site and I did find some threads back a few years that some members were trying to purchase and bring to the U.S.
Does anyone know if that ever happened? Is there a Maverick Station Wagon in North America?

I came close many years ago getting one imported. I had a shipper lined up and all the customs forms filled out. But I backed out at the last minute because I didn't like the way the seller wanted to handle the payment. At first I thought it was something that Ford offered for export only. Then I found out they were a conversion made by a Brazilian dealership, which made it less appealing to me.

Since they weren;t a factory build anyway, it would be neat to see someone do a Maverick wagon here. I know people already to 60s Mustang wagons. Maybe Falcon wagon parts???

YUK! That's as ugly as those Vette wagon conversions from the 70's!

who can actually say they have a mustang wagon? or for that matter a comet or maverick wagon.
the more I think about it I WOULD buy one DEPENDING on the price
