i have a wheel question

I'm looking into getting new wheels but I remembered the wheel bearing hub and cap is there's a way to replace it to be flat or do I just have to get a wheel where the center cap comes off? Since its a street/road course car I want like a rtr wheel or for ****s and giggles throw a light ricer rim on to run it in chumpcar

 

most all wheels are this way...so to be mounted on some balancing machines...

 

I think I've only seen two sets of wheels with a solid center. Not many tire places would know what to do with them anymore.

 

Okay I wasn't sure because I was looking at a newer style wheel
