Not a nitrous expert but I feel that to effectively run a fogger setup on a carbureted engine you will need a fogger nozzle at each cylinder

short answer is no. That's an EFI kit intended to be used with a dry manifold that is much less sesnitive to distribution issues created by tossing a nozzle someplace into the plenum, behind or ahead of the thorttle body.

A lower budget carb version uses a under-carb plate setup because it aids in preventing distribution related issues.

Call the mfgr and ask if you can retrofit the N2o plate into that kit for use on a carb. Might still be worth the trade if you can get away with it for minimal cost.

You can get a plate system for way cheaper, and it would be calibrated to work with your engine.

I might be putting one of these up for sale...

You would be better off selling that kit and getting the one from scooper. You may end up dollars ahead.
