    gene you are right. it was missing in the first pic. if you look at the second one real close after everything has been reinstalled its there...

    yes you can replace the push rod without removing the head. you have to loosen all the bolts in the rocker arm assembley so that it can be lifted...

    331 vs 347 stroker...

    I was always taught that "There is no replacement for displacement". I'd go with the 347. That's what I'm building for my 72 comet gt.
