Does anyone know where I can find a dome light cover for my 1970 Maverick???? Every cover I've found at the local salvage yard, has been melted !!! NOS or reproduction is fine.

I'm pretty sure that they are still avaliable from Ford. At least a couple years ago they were. You can also look in other Fords from the 1970s, including vans and pickups.

I'm pretty cetain the same era Mustangs take the same lens so if you have a hard time finding one, check one of the Mustang Parts vendors...there are hundreds of them out there.

I just got one from Chuck Stalnaker at the Maverick Connection. Call evenings (304-372-7825) or send him an email (maverickconnection@email.com).
My dome light body wasn't the greatest either, so I got one of those too. Tom

Check Autozone, Advance, or as a last resort, try AutoKrafters. They all have them, for less than $5.
