what year? If it is EFI you will only use the block and heads. The timing cover, pan, intake, distributor, carb etc would be different. Probably not worth 575 if this is the case.
Around here, that's a decent price. Considering it's a 16 year old engine, and there arn't many 16 year old cars around.
