'74 Mav brake booster

    Hi guys!

    Ive been gathering some parts to start my project.
    One thing im missing is power brake booster. Does period correct mustangs have the same booster? Can someone put a link to right one? I have a discs in front and drums in the rear, do I need something else to have my brakes work properly? Mav has a 302 w/C4.

    I will start out by saying that I don't think you will need a power brake booster. Manual disc brakes work very well.

    Having said that, a Maverick takes a factory booster different from any other car. It also takes other Maverick specific parts to put a factory power disc brake set-up on.

    '72 Maverick, 347 c.i., w/ dual quads, TKO 600 5-speed transmission, back halved w/ 4-link, '16 F150, 5.0 Coyotte, regular cab, shortbed, lowered 3/5 & 1-owner '79 Trans Am.
    I agree with Craig. When I swapped to front disc brakes I felt no booster was necessary.
