A few questions ???

    Hi .....I'm going to ask a few questions ...I've searched on here but cant find the answers.

    I want to put a fresh motor in my beater but dont want to cut beat torch or sawsall anything ! I want to build a 302. I want good heads and good headers that bolt right in and want a oil pan that doesnt hit the ground ! Sorry if this question has been asked before . Any help is good !!! Thanks

    a 302 with just about any head except gt40P's, a set of hooker 6901 headers and a front sump oil pan will drop right in

    I have a 306, RPM intake ,RPM heads , Hooker headers,C-4 .Its so slow! Its a roach.....I want to do a 331 .

    Don't do it.... cuz then you'll want a 347, then a stroked 351, then a big block!!!!

    Sounds like you have a good start on parts already. What cam, converter and gears are you running? And what do you consider slow?

    Its a mid 12 second bomber . Redneck C4 3000 stall , 3:55 9 inch Cal-Tracs ..... no cage .

    Mid 12's is nothing to sneeze at...Unless you reeely want to go 10's...9's...
    That 306 should get you there with a power adder but dont expect it to live long unless you put a good rotating assembly in it....then you might as well build a 347.Its a viscious circle!!! Good luck!!

    I beat on it real hard now .....I plan on good heads and headers ....so I can lay off the bottle. The thing is an animal on the kit but changing bottles every other pass sucks .

    Soo how fast do you want to go... N/A??? or on the bottle???

    It will go to fast to tech on bottle now I want to run 11.50 ish N/A
