Air cleaner

    Does anyone know if there are aftermarket air cleaners (chrome) that will fit the carter 1bbl and not cause any clearance issues? I know the inside of the stock one is kinda funky shaped to allow for the fuel bowl. Really don't want to use the factory one on this engine.

    Find one that takes the same diameter filter as your stock one. Then cut the base plate down to the same size as the filter and use the chrome top. You cant see the base plate anyway.
