Looking to replace the gas tank with a fuel cell, anyone know the Ohm range for the factory fuel gauge ? It would be nice to know how much fuel I have, my factory gauge has never worked since I've had this car. Want to replace the fuel tank to make it easier to run duals out the rear. Bought a set of Mustang tailpipes so the tank needs to go bye.

Think I'll just forego the fuel sender and use the $60 less circle track cell. I don't drive it far enough to worry about the fuel level anyway.
Oh, it gets driven, just not far enough to worry about running out of fuel. Just a stick shift and a steering wheel in this baby. The only "options" are the wipers and the headlights, so there's no long trips in it's future.
