Hi I have a question I do have a Maverick 73 and I would like to replace the front bumper for a 1970 bumper which is way smaller so my question is if the brackets from the big bumper would fit on the other one because all I have is the small bumper and bolts no brackets thanks

No. You need the correct brackets.
