Remove the retainer screw with allen key (can't remember off hand, but 3/16"?) from retainer key/support spring. Use punch and carefully drive out the retainer key/support spring inwards or outwards from the anchor plate, should beable to jiggle the caliper out.
Would suggest using Brake Cleaner Spray first, just to remove all the dirt/dust/grease, makes things easier/nicer to work on. Usually new pads come with new retainer key/spring/screw. When reassembling, use a little anti-seize lube on the threads of the socket head screw, torque down to 12-16 ft/lbs. as per Ford Service Manual.

If the brake cleaner doesn't get the retainer screw free, spray some Liquid Wrench on the screw. I suspect you have some rust buildup.
