Car show in Katy/Houston on October 16

924 Mav puts on a car show with his church every year and it keeps getting bigger and better.

Thanks for posting this for me. It is going to be bigger and better this year. I hope to see several Mavs there. this is our fourth annual. If anyone has questions feel free to pm me or email me.

 

My car is still in storage down in Pearland, and I cannot figure out how to get it home without towing it, so I may just rent a trailer that day, tow it over to the show, then tow it home.

2 birds, one stone.

Only problem is it will be dirty, and hopefully not full of rats and rat nests. I put rat poison in the shop it is stored in, and check it about once a month and start it to let the battery charge up. But haven't driven it since June when I put it in there.

Great. Another car show in east San Antonio.

 

got my mav inspected today in Crosby (Shadowmaster's kingdom, other side of the lake), and ordered a new set of 3 u-joints. Forgot to lube them before I put the car up in storage for the past several months, and ate them up driving from storage to home

Will be ready for the show on next Saturday!!! :bananaman

 

Perfect timing!! Just got my Mav last weekend. I don't think I've got anything going on that day, so if I'm free I will be coming over.

 

I'm looking forward to the show! (Also a good excuse to take a nice 2 hour cruise).

Ed really puts on a nice show...I promise!

I am coming, Fan2488 says he will come, but most likely in daily driver truck, car isn't currently street legal. I hear there will be some "special guests" but I don't think I am at liberty to disclose who they are.

 

Barring any unforeseen complications, I'll be there.

What time and where did you want to meet? I don't see any reason why we can't cruise down there together.
