Spoke with Mr Alistair Miller about cogged belt/pulley systems for windsor fords (vie e-mail). He has 1 inch and 2 inch systems available that will work with the OE or 3G alternator swap in our cars with 302/351 Ws'. We only discussed setups without AC or Power steering but, I am certain other accessories can be accommodated. Base kits with polished aluminium pulleys start at 299.00 For 1" belt width kits. Kits with all brackets/spacers and stainless fasteners start at 425.00. Yes it includes an alt bracket that will work with the 3G set up. Looks intresting. I personaly would like to keep the alt in the factory location, it looks odd over there. The 2" stuff looks way large lol.
Nice stuff! If i keep throwing belts with the new engine I will have to step up to this. But I hope the serpentine conversion fixes my problem.
Look real nice but ask him about the ratio on the waterpump. It looks like it's 1 to 1 which isn't the best for street driving.
