coil ?

    what can a bad coil act like. my motor runs fine until it starts to warm up then rpms drop off for a little bit then stall.if i hold it at 2000 rpm the rpms will increase a little like its cleaning up but it still bounces around.running down the track it is fine until about half track.then it looses power.changed carb still the same.have an old mallory unilite diuzzy dont know how old i bought it used 12 years ago.coil is a blaster 2 about 2 yhears old.my msd is only 2 years olod also.
    HELP im at a lost.

    Kinda sounds like a fuel issue to me. I'd tee in a gauge in your fuel line and see if you're not losing pressure. Usually when an ignition system acts up, the engine just shuts off, like you turned off the switch. The engine also usually won't start back up until things have cooled down somewhat.

    i have a gauge at my regulator and it is keeping constant fuel pressure at least to the regulator.

    got it.it was the ing. module in the dizzy
