Hi, new to the group and bought a 1970 Maverick from the original owner back in December. It has a points distributor in it and I am looking to replace that. The original owner put a 289 in it a few years ago. I picked up an SSR-II Pro Series Distributor and a MSD 62013 control box to replace the points distributor with. Anyone used either one of these? Any pros or cons of doing this? thanks
