I hope this isn't a repost. I saw one pic of this car somewhere on the MMB, but then I came across this gallery from the company in Brazil. http://www.batistinha.com.br/garage_projetos_mavericeleanor.php I thought the link was worth posting. Kinda nice. They show that grille on a number of cars on their site. I wonder if you could order one? http://www.batistinha.com.br/free.php (check out the pic of the "pack" of Mavericks) Enjoy! That is one of the best looking cars I have ever seen, I really love the Eleanor look, but on a Mav it takes different dimensions, and it works. Dan
I posted a thread about it last week and uploaded the pictures to the photogallery http://mmb.maverick.to/showthread.php?t=21353
The 71 Grabber clone I have will have a very "Eleanor" look to it I plan for it to be about the same color silver, with Grey and black interior, but mine wont have the side pipes ,and it will run a grabber hood and grill.
JW Enterprises makes billet grills. www.customgrills.com I emailed them in 2005 & I think he said about $390 or $400 to make one. You will have to send him the old grill though. I have a Comet & I could not find a Maverick grill here. I have not seen his work either. I found out about him from a place here in Memphis. I also emailed the company overseas. I think they have a program that changes English to the language they speak. He said he don't think the skirt can be found in the U.S. but they can ship one here. I have to figure out how much it cost though. I have never ordered anything from another country. Maybe some else can also email them to help me out. I think the side skirts are made by them or modified by them to fit a Maverick.
They are from 94ish Mustang Back when SVO was still the Ford Performance division. They should still be available.
