I'd pick up a manual for your car. They are around $12 at most parts stores. :)

I went through mine, I didn't machine anything or overhaul too crazy though. I replaced with stock size piston rings, new valves/lifters/ and gaskets.

buddy I'm not sure if theres much if any books/guides for the ford small block six cylinder, but there might be. I used a Haynes small block windsor v8 book as a quick reference for some things.

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/How-Rebuild-Small-Block-Ford-Engines/dp/0912656891/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1331865459&sr=1-1"]Amazon.com: How to Rebuild Small-Block Ford Engines (9780912656892): Tom Monroe: Books[/ame]

Also alot of specs can be found on the classicinlines link I posted and fordsix.com and the fordsix forum. Someone there may have a complete spec sheet.

good luck with the build (y)

I just was looking at the Classic Inline's specs and they list a torque value for the intake? :hmmm:

Maybe those were for either the OZ head or the aluminum head?

Those two heads that Gene mentioned do have a removable intake manifold. I thought those were specs for a stock 250, but they may have just included that as I would imagine the rest of the specs wouldn't change. :)
