    Hi there im the one with the mexican mav. ok i have not asked about importing it , but anyways, last night i was with a friend´s cousin , that loves fast fords , he told me he has a 351 engine that could fit into my mav, what do you all think? :hmmm: he says he wants $300 its an 84' (not fuel injected)

    70 mav, 71 grabber, 73 Comet, 2004 f-250 crew cab diesel, 2001 f-250, 2004 explorer, 2007 Gold Wing trike.
    a 351w will bolt in. have to get a different set of headers and you will have very little room to change spark plugs unless you modify the shock towers. been there, done that, won't do it again unless i make the modifications.:)

    is it really hard to modify the shock towers? cause if it fits i would really like to buy it

    not too hard. there's a post on shock tower cuts in the technical section today.:)

    '84 351w's are pretty weak stock.Go hunt a roller 302 & save bucks on headers.
