OK, my next fix is on the horizon. The heater in my 75 AC equipped Maverick works for a little while, warms up great and then starts blowing cool. Any ideas?

    Thanks

my maverick had the same problem, mine ended up having what almost looked like mud in it. i would do a coolant flush and see if that helps, if not disconnect the hose's going to your heater core, stick a garden hose in one and the other in a bucket, if it comes out brown or any color other than your coolant your heater core was/is clogged up. i replaced mine, took me less than an hour, but mine doesn't have a/c and now glove compartment just the package tray. but now my heat works great...hope this helps some :bouncy:
