Yes, the only problem I could see would be the height of the EFI intake if you're keeping the flat hood, but T-birds had a shorter intake because of their low hoodline. If you have room you might want to upgrade to a Mustang intake later, worth a few hp. 'Course if your gonna run a carb that's not an issue.
