    well it`s about time i finally found what i was looking for a 1972 comet gt original 302 v8 3 speed trans,original orange paint with black stripes and black interior. i bought it from ebay a couple of days ago for $1500 and i am on my way to pick it up. will send pictures when i get it home. i am also looking for a hood scoop since the scoop was stolen off it. and info where to get one would be great.:dance:

    The scoops are reproduced. Someone else can tell you more about that since I haven't looked into it much yet.

    Be aware that not all hoods have the bolts in the same location as the scoop. You may have to move the bolts to another set of holes on the scoop you find. No big deal but be careful when removing the bolts and installing them. " Do not crack the scoop."
