My 75 Mav would not start after sitting several days and I have tried many things to fix this problem. A good shot of either and it would fire right off. Today I was measuring the battery box and was going to install a 27F battery. While messing with that I noticed the back small lead was missing off the starter solnoid, it was just lying beside tower. I installed the lead and now it starts when I want it to start. I have looked at that thing many times and it just did not click. I was calling the Mav a union car. It only worked when it wanted to. Do not over look the small stuff!!!! Texasjack
