As per my 1972 Maverick Brochure, it is called "Tawny Tan". I believe this was the only colour offered on LDO cars in 72. The "PU" Trim code is consistent with tan LDO interior right through the years. I found a 75 with "PU" on the sticker and it had tan LDO seats.

A few months ago I painted some of my interior parts with SEM and they came out pretty nice. I researched for a while and the cheapest place I could find it was on ebay.

I have a 73 Maverick LDO with Trim code PU and yes it has the tan colour. Did anyone figure out what SEM or Duplicolor paint comes close?

    Thanks,

    M.D.

I have all the SEM Color Coat paint chips, but I do not have any tan parts to compare to (I think). I will check today in the shop.
