Ky. breakfast at golden corral (mini meet?)

    Ky. breakfast at golden corral (1st annual John Ford Benefit and mini meet)

    357 Grabber, Maverickrunner, Green Machine, and anyone else who might want to meet for breakfast it is Sat Nov. 8 at the Golden Corral on Preston just south of Outer Loop. Say 9:00 am. Anyone one needing directions just ask. I guess this will be a mini meet of the very short notice kind. Just a few mav/comet junkies getting together for a fix before winter sets in.

    Well guys you all know I will be there the Maverick might be another story...........I forgot that the wife canceled the insurance on it, but I am going to call on Monday and find out what I might be able to do so that I can bring mine too. I can't wait to see everyone again and meet the new guys.

    Maxx Levell I was just wondering if you would be interested in coming along, Maybe you and I could even ride together if you would like to meet some of the other Maverick guys. Just a thought if you are interested just let me know something.

    Hey Max I found out why when you called me on that Firday of the meet that I didn't get your call, the towers were down and none of the cell phones in our area were working unless you had an analog phone and mine it a total digital one...:(

    But if you are interested in making the trip let me know and maybe we could work something out.

    nov 8th...lemme se what I can do...funds are somewhat spoken for these days...I gotta try..just south of outer loop...gotcha..hey thats a wednesday...drive on by the shop 710 N buckman st in shepherdsville..Id love ta have a parkin lot with alot of nice mavs here...only have 2 here now...that'd turn some heads !!:bananaman

    Not sure why, just figure it would be cool to eat some food then go outside and fire it up! :D

    357Grabber, It is on this sat. and as our state rep has stated just show up I'm sure food will be there, Oh wait John is going to be there, better try and get there about 8:30:D :D Really it should be a fun meeting, even if you can't drive your mav.

    OOOPPPSS..my calender was opened to LAST month..I dont need anyone ta buy me food...I will give it my all to make it..the funds problem is fer insurance and state fees for ALLOWING me to have my car...probably wont have the mav...but Id love ta meet you guys...hope to see y'all there:bananaman :bananaman :bananaman :bananaman

    Love to, but I have to work...

    Neal,

    I'd love to go, but I have to work. We work on a 3-day rotation, which means we work 24 hours on and then we're off for the next 48. I work today (Wed) , which puts me back in here on Saturday :mad: I work for the Fire Dept, in case some of you other guys are wondering what I'm talking about.

    I was sure hoping that I could make it though. I'd like to meet some of the other owners in Ky so I could find out if they know where I can find me another Mav to drive on the street. :D

    Neal, I need to get with you anyway...Do you have rear sub-connectors on your car? Just curious?

    Maxx Levell, sorry to hear that, John and I were talking today and I asked him about you coming, he said he didn't think Neal had heard from you.

    Sorry you guys but I won't be driving the Maverick this weekend, I'm not going to chance driving without insurance. I was tempted but no can do. I'm still really looking forward to meeting everyone, should be a great time. :clap:
