i can not find the switch to bypass?

not the wiring harness to bypass it that way.

any help? yes I used the search function but have no pictures to look at. I can follow wires around but in a 1974 they had too many and this car was once setup as a drag car so they had a bunch of extra stuff in and removed a few also.

My predicition is they removed that button switch
    kept the seatbelt switch
when they plug to the motorcraft box shorted out it made it not work.

and now I need to jumper two wires in the seat belt interlock, now to decide which two to jump :)

    so if I do this

    connect red/ltblue to white pink
on that plug inside (that connect to the motorcraft box) it will bypass all of that if the switch override in the engine bay is gone?

Not every car had the under hood reset switch, some just had a metal box, near the washer fluid jug.

Final report. I wired the wire from 8 and 9 together on the plug and that does the same thing as the bypass switch.

So for anyone that has this problem on a 1974 Comet/Maverick this is another way to solve the problem and you can completely abandon the plug, sensors etc....
