I like reading about new 4.6 engines and what I can do to them if I was rich.

that letter was only the start of several emails back and forth. i did ruffle their feathers some. as to his point about not getting any show quality mavs to shoot, i informed him that i could put him in contact with at least 15 cars that would fit in any magazine. (several were at the show) part-time's was there as well as chip's (cameo club) restomods.
my biggest gripe wasn't that there were no photos in the magazine (i do understand page count) but that there were no pics of any mavs or comets in the additional photos they advertised. all there was was a sentence saying that there were several mavs in attendance. it just made us look like the red headed step child of the show.
we eventually came to an understanding.
B.T.W. - i do not care for the new magazine and will not be renewing it. it is to similar to muscle mustangs mag.

Jason, I too do not like the direction of the magazine and after subscribing for years and years, much like Mustangs and fast fords, I will not be renewing.

I dont like it either, its not realistic for the common person to do the things they like to write about. When I got the first issue I was really upset. I thumb through it but thats about all. Another mag bites the dust.

Unfortunately....with the advertising revenue they are now receiving in the new magazine, and having done away with the expense of having to print two magazines.....I don't think they will be lisitening to subscribers/readers. Plus......whether we want to admit it or not.....that is the future of the hobby.

    Yes it is!!!

And before anybody says "it is too expensive"....keep in mind it has more articles than ads. One can't say that about other magazines. If one wants a cheaper magazine....then one will have to thumb thru a lot of ads.
