need strut tower help

    I have this mav with a mustang k member someone welded in, looks ok, but needs finished. any helpful ideas would be great. I hope these pics work, Im not very computer savvy...:confused:

    first you will need to brace up the strut mounts up top where they tie into those uper bars. also they should have some sort of adjustment for caster and camber. then put a killer motor and all related bad a$$ acessories make it all work and enjoy.

    I don't think those strut mounts are going to hold up.
    They have a great deal of leverage on that one weld...
    They need towers.

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    Definitely replace those upper strut mounts.As stated put in something you can adjust caster and camber with.What ever you put there make sure it is boxed/gusseted for rigidity/strength whats there now... one good wheelie and its all over.good luck.
