I just wanted to give an introductive "howdy" to the comet/mav community... My family has three Mavericks between us (orange 70 front and back halved with ladder bars MII and awaiting a tasty SC t-bird motor w/ T-5 combo; an original paint (pea green!); a 72 with 74 thousand original miles and no rust; and a 75 in fading red slowing gathering pieces for a small bumper transplant) all are two doors and all started life (or are still happily spending their existance) as sixes. amongst the mavericks we also mess with fox mustangs, an SC t-bird, a 70 Mustang, and a Model A tudor sedan that seems to be emerging for various bits... I joined [the forum] as the family liason to this site, as I generally do much of the homework for projects I will try to get some pics on here in the next couple of days. Jon
I hope I didn't build er up too much. A lot of the cars are the kind of rides it takes a car guy (girl) to be hip to... lol I'll see what I can do on car pics tomorrow, maybe some garage art too.... MOTIVATION... WOOO Jon
Thanks all for the welcome. I have the pics and have uploaded em to the comp, but I thought I'd get a general consensus as whether ya'll out there in cyber-mav-land would prefer bigger pictures (around 500-600 KB) or if I should downsize em first. Lemme know and I'll get em up and post on here to the new thread. Jon
