I'm considering upgrading my stock radiator to an Aluminum one.. Now that I installed the 363 it seems to run a bit on the warmer side, just a few degrees more than before, but besides that this radiator isnt exactly in tip top shape and is starting to show its years... Since we don't really fix things anymore because of cost compared to new.. I was curious to what aluminum radiator some of you have had good luck with? Like the Champion or Northern or summit or Delta? just starting my research and figured Id ask for those that may have already been done that path..
I've had good luck with my Champion (and so have my friends). If you need more cooling, you likely need to increase air flow...
We could not keep our 347 cool in traffic and not as cool as I'd like going down the road. Ended up buying a Wizard Cooling rad/shroud/fan setup. They build everything at their place in NY. 2 core but their cores are 1" thick. Also the Spal brushless 16" fan is an awesome piece. Not cheap but zero issues now now matter what the conditions are. https://wizardcooling.com/i-3050225...ator-w-brushless-fan-shroud-339-118bl300.html
Yep, it's not about the number of rows. It's about the size of the tubes, and the amount of airflow...
