i found this on cragslist..all i can say is wow. 6XXX miles...crazy. it looks like it was just off the assembly line too. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/csw/cto/4170975624.html
wow.. that is nice! Will have to go look at it since it's literally right up the highway just a few miles from me.
Hope they have some really good documentation to prove that mileage. My "70 just turned 15,000 miles this October and my odometer numbers are all straight across yet .............. just saying ........... Would love to see what it looks like under the hood too ...............
I put an NOS Speedo in my car so I could easily track how many miles on the restoration .. and I liked the 70 Speedo with Red Line better. My speedo shows around 5800 miles as of last weekend .. and numbers are perfectly straight.
I once found a 74 Maverick with 4000 miles on it...I should have bought it...but the guy wanted $2500, in 1988... I'd love to buy a car that clean...
If they're open for business today, I'll shoot up there and take some more detailed hi-res shots for you guys. Engine, chassis, dash/odo, any flaws or signs of past repairs, etc. If they can't get me in today, then it'll have to be after next weekend when I'm done with my work travels.
That one looks super, looking forward to the more pics. The seller should through down some paper on the floor boards, one of my pet peeves at the dealer level.
That works if your buying at the dealership. If I saw paper on the floor in a photo I would think they were hiding something. Great looking car...
That guy's a dealer and it doesn’t even looked vacuumed. I’d have it detailed with plastic seat covers and paper on the boards. For that kind of money and that kind of car (purported) I would treat her like a first date on Friday night!
would love to know what it really sells for... just think how much the value would drop if you drove this car a year...
