Small Radiator

    I was wondering could i reuse my existing 250 I6 radiator for my 351w, will it keep the engine temp down?

    I think you're probably going to need a bigger radiator. It's stretching it for a 302. I'd try it and see. If it works you're not out anything. :)

    No. usually 351s run hot anyways. Put a bigger rad in(y)

    Even the stock V8 radiator's too small or anything bigger than a 302.

    I agree, a larger radiator is needed when switching to the 351W.

    As soon as I hopped up my 302 the factory radiator couldn't cut it any more. Had to go aluminum w/ electric fan. The problem w/ the Comet engine bay is there isn't anywhere for the air to go so the hot air just sits under there.
