I was wanting to know if i can remove my little shift bar on my steering column because I'm putting in a floor shifter. And if so, how?

You can remove the shift handle, grind or zizz wheel the shifter handle boss off of the collar, and do the body working with fibreglass or bondo. Did mine with fibreglass and you can't tell it was ever there.

you will also have to relocate your...backup/netural saftey switch..
you will need to lock out the collar so it doesn't rotate and cause a...no start situation...
Earl had a trans mount saftey switch on his car...(y)
