My stoplight switch, brake switch, stays on constantly. Has anyone changed the switch before? Not much room to work under the dash, not sure how to take the old switch out.

Thanks, Jeff, but for some reason, the stoplight switch was mounted on the other side of the brake pedal and is wedge in the steering column. Makes a difficult task even more difficult. Anyone know why it would be done this way or should I switch it around according to the diagram, you sent. We did convert to a T-5.

The brake switch is independent of any transmission that you might have.
Install it properly and it should function correctly.
