Today i took the 74 4door to the shop to start being stripped. In a week i'll have the shell of the 70 2dr and then the swap begins.

Taking the motor/tranny/rearend/5lug suspension/discs and miscellaneous other things from the 4dr and putting it into the 70. I got a shop quote of $1000 for the labors, and they are pretty good, they've done all my work before, so i know it will be close. We also discussed upgrading my alternator to a one wire 100amp and getting a better radiator 4core or aluminum. I'm guessing in total though it shouldn't take more than $1500 to get it up and running. And since i now have a spare 8inch i'm going to save up some money to pay for this little swap and then i'm planning on getting it built with some 28spline/locker/undecided gear

getting excited!!!!! can't wait to start driving the 347 again.:bananaman
