From Kingston to Lake Oswego in Oregon! This was a Great Week for getting parts! Never in my life have I met such a great set of guys (and 1 women) trying to help a fellow rodder out! This forum has been such a great help in tracking down parts and getting information about who to see, and how to do all of the different projects that I need to rebuild my Maverick! I know I said GREAT several times ... but hey, the people on this forum are the best I've ever come across in all my years of being a car enthusiast! If you're new to the forums, or if you just haven't searched or posted lately, this is one resource you don't want put on the back burner or ignore! If you've got a Maverick or Comet, make it a habit to pay a visit here at least two or three times a week! Without this site and it's members ... I would still be wandering around wrecking yards and parts stores talking to people about parts that the yards and parts stores don't even carry! THIS IS THE BEST FORUM EVER! If you don't believe me ... start posting and searching. I'm sure that after a week ... you're going to agree with me. 73MaddMav
Glad you figured it out early on. Now imagine joining a group like MCG or MCCI. I am a member of the MCG and they are a great bunch of guys and gals who will treat you like family if they have the chance. Going to the meets and gatherings is awsome. You get to see the many rides that are discussed about in these threads. Meeting the people from all over is a treasure.
