I guess you really never are through with these things, but it has been on the road for a little over 3 weeks now and I have been to two shows and a cruz-in with it. I still have some things that I am tweaking, carb adjustments etc. Seth
Very, very, very nice looking car! You don't see too many red ones, and yours is very well done. It looks like a nice, simple, clean original car. Great job. Sam
SETH: Looking good, All your work is paying off. If I ever get over that way I'll be sure to look you up. Thanks again for posting my pictures.
Thanks, The hood scoop is reproduced-about $100-through Tony Branda. Look for the Cougar Eliminator scoop, they are the same. The hood is reproduced in fiberglass with the scoop built in. I have never seen one, so I don't know if it is exact. Seth
Yup ... actually I'm heading over to Mustangs Unlimited tonight to pick one up for my Maverick .... $99 .... just called and they have 6 in stock at their Georgia showroom.
My Lake Nice pics Seth. What you doing at my lake? Which park is that Satterwhite or Nutbush?Sorry I had to work and missed that show. Folks this car looks just as good in person as the pics. Seth has done a fine job on it. later Tim
Tim, That is my lake! It's Falls Lake in Wake/Durham Co. That picture is actually in Durham County. Where I am parked is about a 1/4 mile from the road that my Dad grew up on. The lake took the family farm in 1980. As the crow flies, I was parked about 1 mile from the homeplace, and some land that Dad and I spent many days crawling, walking, running, bicycling, motorcycling, fishing, working and playing on. Him much more than me as I was 12 when that changed. I did work the tobacco fields there for 2 yrs. I picked up leaves at the barn long before that. Good times that are all but forgotten. Seth
