    Finally got more pictures of the 71 Comet I bought for 200 bux. New Shocks, painted the rims, replaced some light bulbs, steering wheel, spark plugs, and the oil/filter. Also, a bath and a coat of wax.

    Figured out my MPG and I'm getting 22 MPG. Not bad.
    Don't know what I'm going to do to it know? Maybe fight the rust bugs, and fix some dents. Let me know what you think. Thanks for looking

    Get rid of the rust, protect the rest of it and go from there with what ever you want. That car is easily worth $4000 according to the Old Car Price Guide.

    Talk about a screamin deal!!! If thats all the rust you have on that car,it makes some california mavs/comets look like rot boxes.My Cali mav has more rust than your comet and its led a pretty pampered life for the 23 years I've owned it.Spectacular find!!!
