    Hi,
I haven't posted for a while, but I am always here, searching post to help solve my latest dilemma, and I just wanted to say what a great resource this forum is. Many thanks to everybody for their help!
OK the latest dilemma is vacuum lines, and routing them. I am currently changing over my Mavericks intake and carb & I needed to re-plumb the vacuum lines (I'm sure they weren't right before, and I have always struggled with this.) So, I started looking for help, and after exhaustive searching, googling, and lurking on the mustang forum. I found a resource for vacuum line diagrams, Someplace I should have looked first.
    Autozone.
Autozone.com, they have a great app that has tons of info on vehicle repair. Here is the link

Now, I couldn't find a 74 maverick on there, but a 75 comet, close enough! Good luck!

I hope this helps all those who have suffered from vaculinitis!

Good luck with your vacume lines... some are a PITA

    but mainly:

As long as these are hooked up your good to go (as long as you plug off the rest of the lines)

brake booster is hooked up (if you have power brakes)
transmission vacume line so it will shift.
    PCV valve

The rest arent totoally necessary as vacume advance on the dizzy, etc.

Just make sure you don't have any open vacume lines from the manifold or you wont be happy. lol

True true... I just like knowing what i'm removing and which port(s) I will use. Sometimes it's easy to fix as it's supposed to be rather than yank and guess at it too...:)
