will these rims and tires fit my 73 Comet

    Have a 73 Comet with stock 8" rear, wondering if 15x10 wheels with 5 1/2" backspacing with 275/60-15 tires will fit the rear

    If the backspacing was 4 to 4.25 you may be able to bolt them on, but I would think you would then be in danger of destroying the wheel wells and/or the tires.
