They are not the only ones. I once took my Mustang to a local garage for state inpection and they tryed to pull a fast one on me. They would not pass the car because they claimed my rear brakes were bad, the muffer had holes in it and the frame was rotted out. I went out to car and produced the reciepts for the New brakes(one week old), the muffler(2months old) and as for the frame, it had a nice fresh rip in it from there own floor jack. Oh, and the lug nuts where only finger tight on the back wheels.I told them they could eat the bill and pay for the damage they caused to the frame or the next phone call I made was to the State Police. They dropped everything and payed for the frame repairs. They also closed down about 5 months later.
