I am not sure i am ready to abandon it yet?? I have to fix the car soon or my wife is going to try and make me sell it, as work might move me to idaho again>........help !!!!any sug. or if ho lly is a good carb>?? ................Hi like Max said Holly carbs are tempermental,I run a 600 holly, when its right it runs like the devil but if the weather changes so does the carb.I would put a manual choke on your carb, its not hard to do ,if you buy another check the edelbrock out....this from a holly owner, good luck Jim.
