Tech Article on How To R&R Front Suspension???

Hey Guys, I respect large springs. I'm about to remove and replace the entire front suspension (with the PST rebuild kit) on my 70 Mav. I've searched without results for tech articles on 'how to' in the archives. I also tried PST's site and others to no avail. Yahoo search engine didnt' help either. Can someone refer me to a site with info on the 'correct' way to remove the suspsension (to help me prevent self-embowlment and collatoral casualties)? Thanks in advance, Rick
