GUYS!! ANY engine can be made to wind high rpm if properly cammed and fueled subject to the limits of the strength of the block and internal parts. The TAG put on some engines is often in reference to some peticular trait of that engine and does not mean that engine will not rev high if proprtly equiped. As an example, one could build the 200 six to rev 7000 if there was a need to do so.
