I have just ordered the tailights as you said, 64 lights with 64 lenses. These are the parts I came up with.
1-used 13434 housing for 1964/65
1-used 13435 housing for 1964/65
2-used 13489 bezels for 1964 = no verticle bars - 65 has bars.
2-new 13450 lens for 1965 = no holes for T-Bird emblem
2-new 13461D gaskets =

Is there any thing else I need? The way it looks, you just cut the holes for the housings to fit through, from the outside, then attach the lenses and bezels?
