Yes that's seems to be every thing. When I put them on my car I lined up the top of the housing with the top body line on the tail panel cut the hole and mounted them on. The bottom goes alittle passed the bottom body line that seem to look the best. When I redo the new one I going to remove the body lines where the lights are going and just have them between the lights. Alittle more work but it should give me what I'm looking for. One other problem I ran into running that many tail light is. The turnsignal it's made for less amp draw and I melted the little plastic switch on the colum. So this time I'm adding the sequencer that way only one bulb is light up at a time.
