I went to yabbforum.com to take a look at the system requirments. YABB is a cgi based forum that does not use a database and these types of forums are resource intensive. Vbulletin is written in PHP and uses Mysql as a database.
:=If you go take a look at the Ford Six website and click the forum link to the Performance board, you'll see that it's running on YaBB software, which is free, open source software.
:=
:=It's fairly easy to use and set up. It's downloadable free at their site and the only requirement is to keep their name at the bottom as the source.
