Seatbelt Swap Question

I have a 71 2Door Maverick. I have a set of black retractable belts from a 74 2Door that I want to swap into my 71. Will I need to drill and tap new holes? My seatbelts (I call them the "Three Point Harness") have only one attaching bolt in the floorboard, where the newer retractable need three bolts. Any help will be appriciated! Jason
