Are all granada rears 8 inch? Found one to replace my 4 lug 7 1/2 but owner is unsure what size it is. Asked him to see if it had an inspection plate on it but told me he really couldn't tell because car is on the ground without wheels. Go figure. Car is a couple of hours away from me don't want do waste my time and end up with what I already have.

They came in 7.5" and 8" and a few 9" drum and even a few 9" disc. I have never found a 9" in one myself and it seems to me all the others were about 50/50 between the 7.5 and the 8.

You can't tell by the engine, either. I've got a wrecked 77 Granada that came factory with a 351W, has the 7.5 rear. No simple way to find out other than look under the car......

I got a 9" out of an inline 6 Monarch.
You really can't tell by the engine!
If I could have gotten the hood up on this this car, I would never have crawled under to find the 9"!
When they rolled the car over to torch out the rear for me, I noticed the 6.
I had never looked under an I6 car before, I thought there was no way it would have a 9". No telling how many I missed over the years.
