Did it leak before the carb was rebuilt?Possibly a cracked intake?
Ok,is it leaking right where the carb mounts on the intake?
If you can, pressure wash the top of the engine,get everything nice and clean,and try and watch where the oil forms.

Might have old gas turned varnish in the squirters,might have sucked something up in the carb,or possibly the acc.pump diaphram flew south.
Ok,the pump is good,you can rule that out.Have you used the "rebuilt" carb on another engine,then let it sit?Or did you get it from ebay,and never...
